Turmeric is known for its benefits in assisting in inflammatory and digestive issues, it is also a high form of antioxidant. Alchemy’s Turmeric Elixir contains, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and organic vanilla.
The unsweetened version has no sugar cane added while the original recipe has a little raw sugar cane added ( Click for original sweetened version)
Each serve has 48 mg of curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric), which is the equivalent to eating a full heaped teaspoon of turmeric powder, the pepper assists in the absorption into your system.
