How to make Frappe
Add 150ml of milk
Add 200g of ice
Add 2 x scoops of Iglooh powder (46g)
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth
How to Smoothie
Add 150ml of milk or water
Add 200g of ice
2 x shots of fruit puree (30ml)
Add 1 x scoop of Iglooh powder (23g)
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth
How to make Iced Milkshake
Add 150ml of milk
Add 200g of ice
Add 1 x scoop of Iglooh powder (23g)
Add any chocolate, ice cream or flavourings
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth
